Made well with Douloufakis Dafnios White dry wine
Ingredients
750 ml Douloufakis Dafnios White dry wine from Vidiano
150 ml Breezer lemon
75 ml Soda
19 ml Vodka
7,5 ml Syrup (indicative ingredients: 1 shot glass of water and 2 shot glasses of sugar)
Fruit: 1 green apple, some strawberries, 1 lime
Decoration: mint, cinnamon sticks
Preparation
How to make the syrup
Mix the water with the sugar and boil until the syrup becomes quite thick.
How to prepare the fruit
Wash very well and cut all fruit in small pieces.
How to make the cocktail
Put the wine in a big shaker, add the Breezer lemon, the Soda, the Vodka, the syrup and the fruit.
Shake well.
Pour in a cocktail glass and decorate with a mint twig and a cinnamon stick.
