Douloufakis Enotria red wine

Combines well with Enotria red dry wine


Ingredients
500 gr. cannelloni
1 onion
1 clove garlic
parsley
250 gr. minced meat
1 tablespoon flour
2 cups beef broth
oregano, basil, salt, pepper, nutmeg
parmesan
breadcrumbs
1 egg
olive oil
500 gr. tomato sauce
butter




How to cook Cannelloni with minced meat


1. Saute garlic, onion and parsley.
2.Add  the minced meat and saute until golden. Then add the flour, broth and spices  and let them boil for 15 minutes.
3. Remove them from heat and after the mixture cools, add the grated cheese, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix and fill the cannelloni with the mixture.
4. In a buttered baking pan , add 500 gr. tomato sauce and place the cannelloni. Sprinkle with cheese and small pieces of butter.
5. Cover the cannelloni with foil and bake in oven at 200 ° for 40 minutes.
